Project: ICFR x Fourteen
Currently we are working on the marketing & communications strategy for the new edition of The International Comedy Festival Rotterdam (ICFR). Festival directors Marcel Haug (OEROL, Metropolis Festival and previously Nighttown) and Joost Trines (previously IFFR, Dutch Film Festival and New Horizons) aim to showcase the best of national and international stand-up comedy in one of the most vibrant areas of Rotterdam, Katendrecht. This year the festival will also include a number of side activities in Katendrecht including food, drinks and music.
Fourteen was asked to develop the marketing and communications strategy for the coming edition this October. The main objective is to strengthen the festival’s position in the Dutch market.
Our tasks include:
- Formulating a marketing strategy including a clear positioning, brand values and target audience definition
- Formulating a communications strategy including budget and planning to achieve 2015 objectives
