Project: Fourteen x Groos
Since this February we have been working on the growth strategy of lifestyle concept GROOS. GROOS was founded by Tjeerd Hendriks and Joost Prins in 2013. Their main objective is to facilitate local creative talent by offering them a platform to showcase their products (in the GROOS department store) and to provide services to help them grow business wise: just recently they introduced an accounting system to help their clients reduce administrative red tape.
GROOS has gained a relevant position in the local market and significant media coverage nationwide. Fourteen was asked to develop a strategy to further boost revenue, to strengthen their position and to reach new target groups.
Our tasks include:
- Attributing to the refinement of the business model in cooperation with Beards & Suits;
- Coordinating the assignment of GROOS’ intern from INHOLLAND’s International Communication Management department;
- Delivering an A-Z plan to increase revenues.
